Our Founder
Rabbi Shloima Isaacson z”l, Was the founder of the K.O.A. and the Kashrus Coordinator and President of the K.O.A. He lived in Passaic, New Jersey and was the Rav of K’hal Bais Dovid. He served in the realm of Kashrus for over 50 years with positions in the Vaad Hoeir of St. Louis, the Kof-K in the Midwest and Rabbinical Field Supervisor for the KOF-K. He bore several Semichos from prominent Rabbanim including Rabbi Ephraim Yollis of Philadelphia zt’’l, Rabbi Eliezer Levin of Detroit zt’’l and the Tenker Rav- Rav Shloima Zalman Friedman zt’’l. His sons continue the K.O.A. and will carry on his legacy of his most highest standard of kashrus.
Rabbi Isamar Isaacson
Rabbi Isamar Isaacson had the privilege of working in Kosher Supervision together with his father, of blessed memory, over the last 2 decades. His work led to various kashering jobs in nursing homes and hotels for Pesach, to serving as a Mashgiach for K.O.A. certified locations. He was also the Mashgiach of an establishment under the Community Kashrus of Greater Philadelphia (Keystone-K).
Rabbi Isaacson was born and raised in St. Louis until he was 11 after which he moved to Passaic and continued schooling in Monsey. He attended Telz Yeshiva in Cleveland for 5 years before learning in the Mirrer Yeshiva by his Rebbe, Rav Nissan Kaplan Shlit”a. He has been living in Lakewood, NJ since 2003, spending his days working and learning.

Rabbi Shulim Duvid Isaacson
Rabbi Shulim Duvid Isaacson has had Shimush in Kashrus working under his father, Z”L for nearly 25 years. His work led to various kashering jobs in nursing homes and hotels for Pesach and other events, to serving as a Mashgiach for K.O.A. certified locations. He is also a graduate of the Torah Mesorah Aish Dos program. He was born and raised in Passaic and attended Yeshivah. He attended Yeshivah Gedolah of Perth Amboy under Rabbi Gruskin Shlit”a for 3 years as well as Yeshiva Gedolah of Bayonne under Rabbi Nochum Finkelstein Shlit”a for another 2 years. He then moved on to Eretz Yisrael where he learned in Yeshiva Toras Simcha under Rabbi Asher Zelig Rubenstein ZT”L for 2 years. He returned to the U.S. where he studied in Beis Medrash Emek Yehoshua under his brother in-law Rabbi Shea Buxbaum Shlit”a. Rabbi Isaacson has been living in Lakewood since 2015.
